Macro's barrier blown film lines are designed to produce high quality barrier films in an efficient and cost effective manner.  Every line is constructed using the latest technology, highest quality materials and superior workmanship.

Our unique design provides the flexibility to meet the needs of our customer's continuously evolving demands.  Available up to 13 layers, each line is a versatile system capable of producing a variety of structures using different combinations of resins and layer configurations.

All models are equipped with Macro's patented extrusion die and air ring technology that ensures exceptionally flat film that is free of gels.

Each line is available with surface or turret (center) winders in a variety of configurations to provide the winding resource needed to create the best roll quality for the application.
