MacroPack-MPC Coextrusion Dies
For dies from 500 - 2000 mm (20"- 80") in diameter and up to 9 layers with simplified maintenance and low residence time, Macro supplies the MacroPack-MPC coextrusion die.
The MacroPack features a tapered mandrel design that allows for a self-centering assembly that requires far less bolts than other die types.
Key Features:
- Low wetted surface area
- Ease of assembly and disassembly (up to 8 times fewer bolts than other die styles)
- Large area in the center of the die allowing for optimal air exchange in high output applications
- Side-fed or bottom-fed configurations
